This detailed quiz will give you an idea about your balanced constitution (Prakruti) and your current imbalanced state (Vikruti). Ignore the message about herbs that they offer, you just need the results of the test. As with most tests, there can be some discrepancies and it is always a good idea to consult a professional, but it could be a good starting point.
This tool allows you to select foods based on their effects on Vata, Pitta and Kapha Dosha. When you are in balance, you should eat according to your original constitution (Prakruti). When in imbalanced state (Virkuti), you should follow a nutrition plan aimed at balancing the Dosha that is out of balance. You can find out what your constitution is by taking the Constitution test above.
