Movement is essential for our bodies to stay fit and flexible. But it is also important to move in a physiological way that brings relaxation and pleasure. The goal of my lessons is to help you get connected to your body, to relieve stress and tension, and learn to move ergonomically.
Through Yoga postures (Asana) and breathing exercises (Pranayama) we get to know our body, understand the connections, and develop deeper sensitivity to its processes. Yoga therapy the way I practise it can be regarded as auto-osteopathy.
The effects of this practice usually include peace of mind, improved posture, reduced aches, disappearance of prolapses, more flexibility, more energy, revitalised body and so on. The experience that I offer is based on 20 years of my Yoga journey.
Yoga is a work in, not a work out,
but believe me you will sweat 🙂
I provide one-to-one sessions to individuals who want to address a certain problem and need a personalised approach to movement therapy. My main focus is on women’s health issues and chronic body aches that get no or only temporary relief from other forms of body work.
My Yoga therapy sessions are suitable for any abilities and energy levels.
